Hi! I currently do illustration with collage and mark-making in New York City. I love collecting (hoarding) scraps, old magazines, and other discarded material from all places, concentrating on repurposing trinkets deemed as "trash". In my pieces, I love giving them a new home where they can belong.
City Dwellers (2024) is a fictional urban bestiary collaged about the kind of trash that live alongside us due to the negligence of how we treat our world. At the same time, this has also become a personal reflection of how I feel about queer and transgender bodies being cast aside, while being acknowledged.
